Does this email look legitimate?

No, it totally looks like a phishing scam.

However, the URL here really does say sourceforge.net, not some
homograph attack. If you got an ASCII email then you're probably
safe. But if you got HTML email and merely forwarded it as ASCII then
the href might not match the link text.
